Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as Haven Design Interiors do not offer refunds for change of mind.  Unless required under applicable law, Haven Design Interiors does not provide refunds.  Other than in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Haven Design Interiors will only accept the return of Goods that have been supplied incorrectly.  Please email info@havendesigninteriors.com.au.

Should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing info@havendesigninteriors.com.au.

In order to facilitate a return, customers must comply with directions from Haven Design Interiors staff. Returned Goods must be returned clean, undamaged, unused, and complete in the original packaging with all accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Haven Design Interiors takes no responsibility for items lost in transit.
